The right unit depends on the volume of records you’re storing and how quickly your archive is likely to grow. A typical office archive – several years of files, HR records and contracts – usually fits comfortably in a 25–50 sq ft unit. Larger practices with decades of client records often go for 75–100 sq ft or more. Because our contracts are monthly rolling, you can start small and upsize as your archive grows – no need to over-commit from day one. We can also help you source and set up racking to maximise every square foot.
